Orange peel is known to be rich in antioxidants. It helps with dehydrated skin and adds a glow to the face. A report in HealthShots says that it has antimicrobial and antibacterial properties.

Orange peel can help reduce pigmentation, blemishes, and dark spots. It can even out your patchy skin and help regulate sebum production for people with excessively oily skin. Here is a list of DIY orange peel face masks and scrubs that you can make at home to achieve naturally glowing skin.

The high content of vitamin C and hydration from rose water makes this pack the ideal choice for you if you have oily skin. It can tighten the dermal layer and help fade scars and acne. In a bowl, add two tablespoons of orange peel powder and a tablespoon of rose water.

Mix the ingredients well into a smooth pack. You can increase the amount of rosewater if the paste seems too thick in consistency. Apply the pack to your face and wash it off after 10-15 minutes. Follow it up with moisturiser to ensure that the skin does not dry out.

If you are struggling to get rid of your tan, regular use of this pack will help you. If you have sensitive, dry or damaged skin then skip the lime juice as it can irritate or burn your skin.

With two tablespoons of orange peel powder, mix half a tablespoon of sandalwood paste, and half add teaspoon of lime juice. Add rose water or regular water to mix the ingredients and make a smooth paste. Apply the pack to your face. Once it dries, wash it off and apply moisturiser. Repeat it at least twice or thrice a week to see best results

A scrub made with coconut milk, sugar, and orange peel powder can act as a natural exfoliator and help remove dead skin cells, blackheads and whiteheads. Mix two tablespoons of orange peel powder, sugar, and coconut milk to make a coarse paste.

Apply the scrub to your face and neck. Gently rub it in circular motions to remove dead and flaky skin. Wash off the scrub and apply face moisturiser afterwards. Repeat it twice a week to end up with radiant skin.
