Kate Moss is and always will be known for her flawless complexion and all-around beauty. The 48-year-old model just proved that her glow comes from within in an unrecognizable Instagram video of her getting ready.

"The British supermodel and style icon’s lifestyle is a far cry from the one she became known for during her rise to fame. Nowadays, she’s embracing a more intentional, self-care-focused attitude and channeling it into her new wellness brand, Cosmoss," Vogue wrote in the caption of the unfiltered video.

Fans were thrilled to see Kate's unfiltered smile.

"She is so naturally beautiful. It has paid off," one commented. "The sheer beauty of Kate with no makeup is just surreal 😍," another said. "Wow Kate, you look more and more beautiful ❤️❤️❤️❤️," a third fan wrote.

Lucky for Kate's fans, the model just revealed her beauty secrets. Turns out, the signature Kate Moss sparkle is a result of her wellness practices.

“I’ve been meditating, doing yoga, just being much healthier,” she said in the Instagram video. Kate prioritizes "all of this stuff that can make you more grounded and balanced” to grant her that natural glow.

The supermodel views beauty as a holistic process that involves properly fueling your body. “Nobody taught me that if you don’t eat vegetables you are still going to be hungry, because you’re not getting proper nutrition,” she said in a Vogue interview.

She learned practical skills for healthy living and ways to incorporate mindfulness into every facet of her life while at the Akra Barut resort in Antalya.

Her intentional self-care led to the creation of her new wellness brand Cosmoss, which is focused on bringing natural, balanced, and restorative elements into her products.

Each product has been meticulously crafted with wellbeing in mind, using potent, natural substances," the site reads. "COSMOSS is self-care created for life’s modern journeys to make them beautiful, mesmerising and magical."

One of Kate's personal faves from her new brand includes the face cleanser which makes sense given that she said she's “obsessed with washing my face,” per Vogue.

The cleanser consists of detoxifying pink clay and bakuchiol, a plant-based alternative to retinol, she explained. It also has CBD as an ingredient which Kate loves. “I use it to take the edge off instead of having a glass of wine. I find it really calming.”

When not using her products from her brand, Kate uses the Laneige Lip Mask which her daughter, Lila, recommended. “Lila probably has more of a skin-care routine than I do [and] she’s very good at makeup and things,” Kate told Vogue.

Lila also inspired her mother to implement sunscreen into her daily skincare routine. Smart girl!
